to carry out the following development: The proposed development will include: 1) Upgrade of existing paving. 2) Upgrade of existing footpath surfaces. 3) Creation of a new paved area adjacent to house no.s 15 & 108, 46 & 145, 71 & 150 4) Increasing the existing green areas as shown in the accompanying drawings No's S25-18-001, S25-18-002, S25-18-003 5) Replacement of existing lighting columns. 6) Retention of existing mature trees. 7) All associated and ancillary site works. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project, and the screening report accompanies the application. In accordance with Articles 81 and 120 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001, as amended, Clare County Council has concluded from a preliminary examination that no significant effects on the environment are likely as a result of the proposed development and that an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required.
