It is proposed to refurbish Building 4 with the installation of insulated composite panel corrugated metal roofing, timber windows to the existing openings and unblocked openings, install a new raised insulated timber floor to the ground level using salvaged boards, form six new openings fitted with glazed doors, install two external ramps and internal ramp and timber decks to the south and west sides, install a mezzanine level, sanitary facilities, kitchen and reception / servery, clad out the existing mass concrete buttresses in brick to match with signage to form main entrance, new paving to the courtyard, installation of new parking facilities for sixteen cars including two accessible spaces, parking for a coach, bicycles, external lighting, bunded oil storage tank behind fencing, new foul drainage underground pump unit and connection into main drainage.
