Cleaning and repointing works to the existing brickwork, repair and replacement of any damaged roof slates with natural slate, replacement of PVC windows with double-glazed timber sash windows and the removal of modern internal additions (flooring and cornices); ix. Resurfacing of the existing internal vehicular access road and construction of a new vehicle passing bay along the existing internal access road; x.
