The alterations, modifications & refurbishment Works to include the installation of 2 no. new windows to the east and west elevations, the blocking up of 2 no. windows to the south and north elevations, the alteration to 4 no. window to the south elevation and the alteration and extension to the existing pitched roof together with external insulation .Full Planning Permission is also sought for the following works; the construction of a new single storey & storey and a half extension and single storey garage to the north of the existing dwelling house together with the decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and percolation area and the installation of a new tertiary treatment system and infiltration treatment system together with all ancillary and associated site works.
