Provision of new vehicular and pedestrian entrance onto the R347 road, 3. Provision of sewage pumping station and connection to foul sewer network via a proposed sewer extension along the R347 Road to the south to an existing manhole to the front of the ‘Parc an Rí’ housing estate, 8. Provision of footpath extension along the R347 road to the south, to tie in with the existing roadside footpath to the front of the “Garrai Glas” housing estate. 9. Connection to existing mains water infrastructure on the R347 road, 10. Provision of surface water drainage arrangements to include on site attenuation and infiltration together with all associated site works and services
