The ground floor level provides a main entrance porch, foyer and lounge areas; a main lounge and bar; 3 no. main dining rooms and 2 no. ancillary dining rooms providing 2 no. restaurants for fine dining and general dining; 3 no. kitchens and associated stores; a servery area; a single shop/kiosk unit (23 sqm); plant; an ESB substation and a service corridor to the rear. Ancillary and associated storage and staff facilities including a staff room, toilet facilities, changing facilities and a dedicated kitchen are located at mezzanine level above the kitchens at ground floor level. The basement level provides associated plant and storage space for the Hotel and Leisure Club with vehicular access to the basement via a service ramp from the proposed surface car parking area.
