Unit 4 is unoccupied and was permitted to accommodate Retail Warehouse use. Permission is sought so that Unit 4 will now accommodate Bingo Hall use (c. 1,110 sq.m. gfa). Permission is also sought for associated internal modifications and associated signage on the eastern elevation. No other changes to elevations are proposed and there is no increase in the gfa of existing development.
