Permission for a proposed new precast concrete manufacturing factory facility (c. 5,280m2) including an external hardstanding concrete yard area (c.2,545m2) and all ancillary works. The proposed new factory will form an extension to the northern side of the existing precast concrete manufacturing factory on site as permitted by plan refs.
