Conservation works and alterations to the existing two storey building, located within the curtilage of the Protected Structure of Griffeen Lodge, to provide a two storey, two bedroom dwelling. The works include, inter alia, the retention of all external walls, the removal, raising and rebuilding of the existing roof above the existing walls of the building, installation of new windows, principally within existing openings, and new timber cladding, installation of roof lights, reinstatement of the existing doorway from the street, a new pedestrian entrance from Adamstown Road and the widening of the existing vehicular entrance to the site, shared with Griffeen Lodge.
