For retention of a temporary (2 year) change of use of part of unit 5 from retail (class 1) to use as a public information centre (class 2) in conjunction with the development of Adamstown SDZ. It is proposed that the class 2 use would apply to the unit for a period of 2 years only, after which time, the approved use of the unit would revert to retail (class 1).
