The proposed development consists of the demolition and removal of two vacant and derelict industrial sheds to the rear of the protected structure (RPS Ref: 118 Two Storey Industrial Building at 12th Lock, Grand Canal Lucan) and the change of use of a large industrial storage building into a film production studio with associated facilities. The proposed works includes changes to the existing façade and the relocation of the existing ESB substation.
