Permission sought to increase the overall height of the three storey Block 4 building by the addition of one extra floor thus increasing the overall height by 3825mm and increasing the floor area of Block 4 by 1448m2 from 4344m2 to 5792m2 elevational alterations and provision of 60 no. car parking spaces.
