The construction of a two storey senior school, consisting of 16 class rooms, support teaching spaces, ancillary accomodation and associated site works. The site works consist of the development of the road frontage including vehicular set down bays, a cycle lane, footpath, new entrance, new front boundary fence, on site car parking for 32 car parking spaces, service and maintenance roadway to rear of the school, relocation of existing fence to the eastern boundary of the site, relocation of existing prefabricated structure to facilitate construction of an electricity sub-station, ballcourts and some landscaping.

The proposed works to the Senior National School will consist of the construction of a new two storey extension consisting of 8 classrooms, senior general purpose room, library, special tuition rooms, minor internal works to the existing senior school (adjoining new extension) and all ancillary accommodation associated with the extension (total area 1434sq.m). External works include 1 temporary, two storey classroom prefab unit, the removal of an existing bicycle lane (67m), 8 additional car parking spaces, 4 senior play areas, new bicycle stands and all associated ancillary works. Upon completion of the works all temporary classroom prefabs will be removed from the grounds of the senior and junior national.
