(C) Construction of a single storey, free standing 'drive-thru' restaurant with facility for the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises, ancillary signage and a pedestrian access from the road.(D) Site works incorporating a new 1.5m wide footpath at the front of the site: relocation of the bus stop, a new 600mm high front boundary wall: reduction in width and relocation of existing access and egress points into the site: 29 No. car parking spaces: a comprehensive landscaping scheme and miscellaneous contingent works.

The Planning Authority has made a preliminary examination of the nature, size and location of the proposed development. The authority has concluded that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development and a determination has been made that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is not required. Any person may, within 4-weeks from the date of publication of this notice, apply to An Bord Pleanála for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment. The upgrade of the existing waste water pumping station including the widening of the entrance, the erection of a new steel platform at entrance to for access and maintenance purposes and the building of an extension to facilitate the installation of a new back-up electrical generator. The back-up generator will replace / negate the need for the use of a by pass pump during ESB phase failure. The proposed works comprise: construction of an new concrete plinth to facilitate the installation of a new Back-Up Electrical Generator, widening of the current entrance and erection of a steel platform and access steps at the entrance (within the current site boundary) and associated works, painting, fencing and landscaping.
