Proposed Development

For retention of a temporary (2 year) change of use of part of unit 5 from retail (class 1) to use as a public information centre (class 2) in conjunction with the development of Adamstown SDZ. It is proposed that the class 2 use would apply to the unit for a period of 2 years only, after which time, the approved use of the unit would revert to retail (class 1). Permission is also sought for the retention of internal alterations and alterations to the front elevation of the unit, including the provision of non-illuminated signage. All on site of c. 39.95sq.m.
