(gfa) to accommodate a water pump room, new roller shutter doors for the waste compactor room's east elevation, a new pedestrian gate at the southern boundary, a new covered bus stop area and covered smoking area, new automatic sliding gates to main entrance and 4 no. new covered bicycle shelters accommodating 48 no. parking spaces. All building floor levels and site levels to be dropped by 200mm with the implication that all parapet heights change. The main car and truck entrance and the gate house to be moved north east on the Proposed Western Road. The modifications will also include an additional parking area at basement level under the HQ building of 803sq.m. (gfa) with new entrance ramp to accommodate 21 no. additional parking spaces, changes to the parking layout south east of HQ Building to accommodate the basement entrance ramp, change of layout to previously approved truck parking to the north and north east, and 3 no. additional loading bays at the east elevation. The modifications result in an overall increase in the gross floor area of entire development from 42,600sq.m. to 45,400sq.m. on an overall site area of 9.3ha.
