Proposed provision of new first floor toilet block and emergency exit corridor (area c. 38sqm) over the existing caretaker's store/external covered yard at the western gable of the existing two storey school structure. The proposed development will require the demolition of existing single storey shed structure. In addition the application also includes for the provision of 3 no. temporary classrooms within the school yard and a further 2 no. temporary classrooms within the staff car-park: permission is for a temporary 2 year duration only to facilitate the phrased refurbishment of the existing school. The application will also incorporate all the associated site works and service provisions to facilitate the temporary accommodation.
