Access to development is provided off the Old Naas Road and permission is also sought for the reinstatement and extension of the public footpath located directly north and south of the existing entrance to the site.

The completed works consist of the installation of 4 number underground fuel tanks (each fuel tank has a capacity of 75,000 litres and store HVO and BIO fuels), including a network of pipes and inspection manholes. These new tanks are located below ground in the Southeast corner of the site.
