(gfa) with new entrance ramp to accommodate 21 no. additional parking spaces, changes to the parking layout south east of HQ Building to accommodate the basement entrance ramp, change of layout to previously approved truck parking to the north and north east, and 3 no. additional loading bays at the east elevation. In phase two to modify the approved works in order to : (a) to replicate all of the modifications listed for phase one to the proposed generator rooms at ground floor level; (b) to replicate the extension of the electrical rooms 4 and 5 to rooms 6, 7 and 8; (c) to replicate the movement and reduction in flue numbers to the southeast airway of phase two; (d) all of the above modifications representing an increase in area of phase two by 248sq.m.
