Amendments to previously approved permission Reg. Ref. SD14B/0315. The approved permission permitted a two storey side extension to the gable with integrated new single storey rear extension to rear of the corner two storey semi-detached house. The proposed amendments to approved permission will comprise of replacement of the gable dormer and bay window by a standard window and roof light, change of gable wall finish above ground floor level from brick to render matching existing and new attic conversion in the existing roof space within the main house.
