The development will include a new 2.4 metre high fence, selected stone entrance walls, new gate to the western elevation of the site, a facility notice sign, a portacabin office, canteen and toilet facility (170m2), proprietary foul water treatment unit and percolation area, weighbridge, wheel-wash and associated hardstanding parking/turning area and drainage works. A bunded hardstanding incorporating a concrete crusher and area for temporary storage of unprocessed and processed C&D wastes is included in the development.
