Proposed Development
(1) Provision of a direct road link between Belgard Square North and the Cookstown Road. (2) A new signalised junction where the new Cookstown Link Road connects to the Belgard Square North. (3) Improvements to pathways, cycleways, crossings and improvements to the quality of the public realm locally. (4) Upgraded public lighting. Plans and particulars of the proposed scheme will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy from 9th November 2017 up to and including 12th January 2018 at: South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24. between the hours of 9:00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday (Inspection only) between the hours of 9:00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 3.30pm on Friday (Inspection and Purchase). An Ecological Impact Assessment Report has been prepared in respect of the proposed works. The proposed Scheme has undergone Appropriate Assessment Screening under the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and Environmental Report under Section 50 of the Roads Act.
