Minor amendments for planning permission reg. ref. SD15A/0391. The amendment includes replacement of the approved low height boundary wall and railing with a feature railing (maximum height of 2.4m as previously approved) along the southern and eastern site boundaries. A raised landscape planter and up-lit signage with a low height boundary wall and railing feature is proposed at the south-east boundary and at the east entrance. Permission is also sought for the landscaping and up-lit signage at the south-west entrance.
