Permission for amendments to previously permitted development at a site of approximately 0.53 Ha in the townland of Doddsborough, south-west of Lucan, Co. Dublin. The site is generally bound: to the north by Somerton Rise and Somerton Row; to the east by Somerton Row, Somerton Drive and Somerton View; to the south by the L1030; and to the west by The Paddocks Way. The proposed amendments are to development previously permitted under Reg. Ref. SDZ19A/0004 (amended under Reg. Ref. SDZ21A/0016 and Reg. Ref. SDZ23A/0039), as extended under Reg. Ref. SDZ19A/0004/EP. This Application is being made in accordance with the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended) and relates to development within the 'Airlie Stud' and 'Somerton' Development Areas of the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone. The amendments principally propose the omission of 40 No. apartment and duplex units (3 No. 1-bed, 16 No. 2-bed and 21 No. 3-bed) and the provision of 39 No. units (15 No. 1-bed, 3 No. 2-bed, 20 No. 3-bed and 1 No. 4-bed) in their stead.
