the proposed Project includes the installation and operation of a Mobile Wash Plant for the grading and washing of aggregates. The Mobile Wash Plant will be used for grading and washing aggregates to National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) Specification for use on construction projects. The infill would be completed under an Article 27 of the European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011 (S.I.
