The development will consist of: 1) the partial demolition of an existing ground floor extension and the construction of a new ground floor extension all to the rear of the existing dwelling, 2) a new projecting dormer window to an existing attic room to the rear of the existing roof, and 3) two new windows to the existing gable at ground floor to the side of the house. The proposed development consists of 1.
