The proposal includes partial demolitions (including of outbuildings and sheds) and alterations. New one and two storey extensions with flat roofs are proposed. New landscaping for amenity areas, pedestrian access with planted privacy buffers; common bike parking, bin and garden storage and a plant room are proposed.
