Access to the wastewater treatment plant to be provided via a proposed new entrance onto the public road network. All associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground for the wastewater treatment plant; and (3) upgrades to the existing Frances Street pumping station at Cappagh Road, Kilrush, and the construction of an underground storm storage tank, vent stack, new entrance onto Cappagh Road, boundary fencing and landscaping. All associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground for the existing pumping station and storm storage tank. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for this application
