the development will consist of:

   Renovation and alterations to the existing main building, Alteration to windows on rear elevation to include a dormer window at second storey level and alteration to windows at first floor level, to include the change of use of the ground-floor retail unit to residential use, and the integration of the ground floor and existing upper-floor residential accommodation into 1 no. single residential dwelling unit comprising the entire main building.

   Demolition of the existing single-storey rear link structure and the existing derelict 2-storey structure located to the rear of the main building
