Access to the proposed basement, which provides for car and bicycle parking with associated shower facilities will be via a new entrance to Cove Street and the proposed development makes provision for ESB substations, switch rooms and service areas on Drinan Street, ancillary plant at 6th floor roof level, ancillary signage and all associated site development works.
