Permission for the redevelopment of the site of the current Hickey's retail store. The proposed development comprises of the change of use of a portion of the ground floor of the existing Hickey's retail store from retail to residential ( to facilitate entrance lobby, plant room, covered bin store and bike store) accessed from Maylor Street comprising 173.15m2, and the consequent reconfiguration of a portion of the ground floor retail element retaining 980.44m2 of the Hickeys store (916.87m2 shop access).
