Retention permission is also sought for the current existing ground levels on the site which have resulted from changes in ground levels due to site clearance work and demolition of structures on the site. The proposed development will also consist of the temporary retention of construction compound and security facilities in situ, which consist of 1 no. prefabricated site office (44.8 sq m), 3 no. shipping containers; site security construction hoarding along the perimeter of the site and temporary stabilisation structures for the former Convent Buildings. These temporary structures will be removed following completion of construction phase.
