For amendments to Planning Permission Ref. 04/9417, which was for the demolition of a Dwellinghouse and Outbuildings & Construction of 8 No. Apartments for short term letting at East End, Meaennvane, Schull, currently in the course of implementation. In that Permission, condition No. 2 limits the use to short term holiday letting in association with the operation of the adjoining hotel, and condition No. 4 seeks to have the apartments managed as a single commericail entity in conjunction with the adjoining hotel. Permission is now sought to allow for a combination of short, medium or long term letting or owner occupation to be managed either by a separate management company under the control of the future owner(s) of the apartments or in conjunction with the adjoining hotel.
