As part of this development it is to reinstate Garrettstown House [A Protected Structure] as a Historic Tourist amenity and living accommodation for the owners own occupation. The reinstatement works include the conservation of the remaining fabric and structure and the restoration of walls and roof, joinery and other work no longer extant and the construction of a new entrance
