Kenneally Developments Ltd intends applying for a 10 year Planning Permission for a residential development on lands at Lus an Íme (Phase 4), Spital, Cloyne, Co. Cork. The proposed development will consist of 81 no. dwellings comprising 1–4 bedroom units (1-bed 10%, 2-bed 22%, 3-bed 49%, 4-bed 19%), and a crèche facility (c. 245.9 m²).
