We West Cork Hotel Ltd. seek planning permission to carry out the following works to the West Cork Hotel which is a protected structure and to the existing railway bridge which also is a protected structure: To construct a single storey bar extension, new ground floor hotel entrance, conversion of part of existing railway bridge for restaurant/bar use and first and second storey extension to accommodate 19 no. new bedrooms, including new lift & stairwell and redesign of existing bedrooms.
