The development comprises a first floor/roof level extension (approx. 43.47 sqm) to the existing single storey IE22 for use as a new MCC room; a ground floor extension (approx. 36.1 sqm) to IE22 for use as a compressor room; a new external access stairs to the first floor MCC room extension; and all ancillary access and associated site development works. The proposed development will be constructed in lieu of a first floor extension to IE22 previously permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 23/6576.
