Demolition and alterations to the existing hotel. The works are to comprise of the construction of a two storey extension above the existing ground floor hotel bar and also above the existing ground floor kitchen at the rearside of the hotel. The additions will comprise of an additional 13 new bedrooms including 1 mezzanine level, private guest lounge and sauna facility.
