Intensification of use of the existing facility through an increase in the duration of the weekly and annual milk processing period at the Newmarket Creamery resulting in an increase in milk processing up to a maximum of 80 million gallons per annum. These changes will be subject to an amendment by EPA, of the existing site Industrial Emissions Directive Licence. An Environmental Impact Statement and Natura Impact Statement accompany this planning application. The proposed development includes work to Allen’s Bridge, a recorded monument under the National Monuments Act and is located within the zone of potential for the historic town of Newmarket which has a Recorded Monument designation.
