The development comprises the relocation and replacement of existing pump islands, canopy and car wash, additional landscaping along the northern and eastern boundaries, a paved outdoor seating area, revised signage at the entrance and within the forecourt, the construction of a new equipment store, the creation of a pedestrian entrance along the northern boundary from the Ballinwillin Estate, and all ancillary site development works and services including the relocation of existing fuel tank fill points and vent pipes, and provision of new storm water drainage with interception and attenuation. Retention permission is sought for extensions and internal alterations to the existing forecourt building permitted under Planning Reg. No. 07/11661
