(1) Demolish existing public house and community hall, (2) construct new forecourt building with 106.5sq.m retail shop, 45.65sq.m store and 62.26sq.m ancillary office, toilets and staff facilities, (3) construct a new petrol station forecourt including a canopy and associated structure, fuel dispensing pumps, underground fuel tanks, roadtanker delivery stand, venting pipes, vehicle servicing area and parking area, (4) install new gantry sign along northern boundary, (5) install ancillary signage, both illuminated and non illuminated (6) provide new boundary treatments to site boundaries, (7) provide new vehicular entrance, (8) repositioning existing entrance/exit to serve as new exit, (9) carry out all associated site works
