1) Demolition of existing detached storage shed (area of 85.5sq.m), 2) demolition of existing outbuildings (area of 63.2sq.m) adjoining existing dwellinghouse on site, to include minor alterations to elevations of existing dwellinghouse, 3) to construct new walled courtyard-style private amenity area to serve existing dwellinghouse, 4) to construct new single-storey dwellinghouse and domestic garage on the eastern part of the site, to be served by existing site entrance and driveway to be shared by both existing and proposed dwellinghouse, existing access driveway to be extended to serve new proposed dwelling, 5) new boundary treatments to include fencing and landscaping , 6) to decommission existing septic tank serving the existing dwellinghouse on site and to install 2 no. new individual wastewater treatment systems and soil polishing filters to serve the existing and the proposed dwellinghouse, and 7) all associated site works.
