The proposed development comprises the construction of 8 no. 5 bedroom semi detached dwelling houses, 24 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 3 no 4 bedroom townhouses, 20 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 28 no. 3 bedroom town houses. The proposed development includes a 2-3 storey, split-level building with ground floor creche, 1 no 2 bedroom apartment and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment with 11 no. 2 bedroom duplex townhouses at upper floors.
