Modifications to the existing nursing home and all associated landscaping and site development works. The proposed modifications to the nursing home consist of: internal modifications to the building including changes to the existing entrance and kitchen and the construction of 2 no. single storey extensions to the existing nursing home building. The proposed site development works include: (1) the removal of 3 no. sheds, 1 no. tank/shed, 1 no. poly tunnel and 1 no. underground water storage tank; (2) the decommissioning of an existing well, (3) the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and associated percolation area, (4) the installation of a new underground water storage tank, and (5) additional car parking spaces accessed from the permitted fire tender access.
