The exiting stone walls on the northern and eastern sides are to be maintained and restored to its original condition and appearance. The building is to be extended to the southern/rear and to the eastern side taking in an existing single storey outbuilding and making it a two-storey extension. The ground floor of the building is to serve as a public house and the first floor is to be used for an office, meeting room and storage area.
