The upgrade of the existing site entrance at Derreennacno and amendment of Condition 1 of An Bord Pleanala Reference PL 04.216875 (a permission for 13 no. turbines) to specify that the structures should be removed at the expiration of a 25 year period instead of the 20 years permitted. Permission is also sought for the amendment of Condition 4 of An Bord Pleanala Reference PL 88. 235028, (a permission for 6 no. turbines) to specify that the permission is for a period of 25 years from the date of commissioning instead of the 20 years specified in the condition. An environmental impact statement (EIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with this application
