Proposed Development

The development consists of the completion of the existing unfinished house, ground floor (102.56m2) and first floor (62.1 m2). The existing ground floor layout of sitting room, kitchen, utility, bathroom, bedroom/office, stairs and porch, will change to become the sitting room bar, bedroom 2 with en-suite, disabled wc, stairs and porch. The existing first floor layout of the master bedroom and ensuite, bedroom 3 and ensuite will become the new master bedroom with an ensuite and open plan study. A new door from the study allows access onto the new sedum roof terrace.
