In addition, the construction of a new lift shaft attached to the existing drying tower building coupled with the redesign and new roof treatment of the drying tower building and relocation of existing 11m high effluent tank. All the above works to be undertaken inclusive of additional car parking spaces, revisions to internal road access roadway and all associated site works including services and ancillary accommodation on site.
