An increase in the density of development and the design of dwellings on the remaining undeveloped sites from that permitted under Planning Reg. Nos. 06/9658 and 11/6252. Modifications are as follows: [a] revised layout of undeveloped sites to allow for 3 no. additional dwellings bringing the overall estate total from 29 to 32 dwellings, [b] the construction of 19 no. dwellings in total consisting of 9 no. dormer type dwellings of various designs on site nos. 13 to 16 inclusive and on sites 18 to 22 inclusive and also the construction of 10 no. semi detached two storey dwellings on sites 23 to 32, and [c] all other site development works as permitted under permissions 06/9658 and 11/6252 will remain unchanged
