Construction of a mixed use retail and community facilities development. The proposed 2 storey over lower ground floor development with a gross floor area of 5,763 m2 will provide for a licensed supermarket with a nett retail area of 1,730m2 and a retail unit of 106 m2 on the upper ground floor and a library of 344 m2 on the first floor. Parking for the proposed development will be provided by a lower ground floor car park and by an upgrade of the existing surface car park.
